As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) organized a training session entitled “Synergy between Social Dialogue and CSR: “Strengthening the Role of Employee Representative Bodies” from January 27 to 28, 2026, at its premises.
Led by Mr. Kouamé Honoré N’GUESSAN, ARTCI’s CSR Manager, and Mr. Séraphin Konan KOUAME, a specialist in social negotiation, this CSR‘s initiative contributes to strengthening the capacities of trade union actors, social managers, and employee representative bodies in the areas of CSR and good social dialogue practices.
The immediate objective of this training is to equip social partners with the tools they need to foster constructive and responsible collaboration. In the longer term, it aims to promote sustainable social dialogue based on consultation, trust, and peaceful working relationships within ARTCI.
