Created in 2012 in the form of an Independent Administrative Authority with legal personality and financial autonomy, the Telecommunications / ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) embodies the political will of the Ivorian Government to promote a dynamic and prosperous digital economy.

For its OPERATION, the ARTCI comprises two organs :

The REGULATORY COUNCIL

is a collegial body composed of seven (07) members, including a President. He is responsible for carrying out the regulatory missions assigned to ARTCI.

The General Management

provides management current technical, administrative and financial of the ARTCI. It is headed by a General Manager who relies on a multidisciplinary team.
