Created in 2012 in the form of an Independent Administrative Authority with legal personality and financial autonomy, the Telecommunications / ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) embodies the political will of the Ivorian Government to promote a dynamic and prosperous digital economy.
For its OPERATION, the ARTCI comprises two organs :
The REGULATORY COUNCIL
is a collegial body composed of seven (07) members, including a President. He is responsible for carrying out the regulatory missions assigned to ARTCI.
The General Management
provides management current technical, administrative and financial of the ARTCI. It is headed by a General Manager who relies on a multidisciplinary team.

POWER TO INVESTIGATE and establish violations of regulations.

POWER OF administrative and monetary PENALTIES.
Power of Dispute Resolution
POWER TO SETTLE DISPUTES in the first instance between operators or between operators and consumers of telecommunications services.
