The Director General of the Telecommunications /ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI), Mr. Lakoun OUATTARA, visited the chiefdom on Friday, January 17, 2025. The purpose of this visit was to present his civilities to the notability in Anoumabo and to present his new Year’s greetings to the TCHAGBA chiefdom of Anoumabo. This approach is part of a republican and collaborative framework between ARTCI and the local community.
This good neighborly visit allowed the Director General to officially present himself to the TCHAGBA chiefdom and express his gratitude for the warm welcome that was reserved for him. He stressed the importance of maintaining friendly relations and strengthening cohesion between the Telecommunications / ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) and the residents of the village of Anoumabo, while declaring himself open to contributing to the development actions of the community.

Mr. Director General of ARTCI, Lakoun OUATTARA, also invited the members of the leadership to participate in the presentation of wishes to the Minister of Digital Transition and Digitalization, scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 2025 in the Gardens of the General Directorate of ARTCI.
At the end of the visit, Mr. Lakoun OUATTARA, the Director General, offered presents to the chieftaincy, thus testifying to his desire to strengthen the links between ARTCI and the community of Anoumabo.
In return, the members of the chiefdom expressed their joy at receiving the Director General and proceeded to a libation to invoke the blessing of the ancestors, thus placing his mandate under their protection.
The exchanges during this meeting made it possible to discuss various topics of common interest, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and solidarity that characterizes the relations between ARTCI and the village of Anoumabo.
