On Monday, February 16, 2026, the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI) took part in the New Year’s greetings ceremony for the Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Mr. Djibril OUATTARA.
This meeting brought together ministry staff, supervisory bodies, and stakeholders in the digital ecosystem in Côte d’Ivoire.
On this occasion, the General Director of ARTCI, Mr. Lakoun OUATTARA, conveyed the wishes of organizations and stakeholders operating in the electronic communications sector and reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to supporting the Minister’s vision for an inclusive, innovative, and efficient digital sector.
ARTCI reiterates its willingness to work, with inclusiveness and responsibility, to make digital technology a real lever for structural transformation in the service of the population.
