On Monday, May 11, 2026, a handover ceremony was held between Mr. Coty Souleïmane DIAKITE, outgoing Chair of the Regulatory Council, and Mr. Roger Felix ADOM, incoming Chair of the Council, marking a new phase in the institution’s governance.

The event also served as an opportunity to officially introduce the new members of the Regulatory Council to the staff and to pay tribute to the outgoing members for their dedication and contribution to the development of the telecommunications/ICT sector in Côte d’Ivoire.

Attended by the Director General, Mr. Lakoun OUATTARA, members of the Executive Committee, and the entire ARTCI staff, this ceremony symbolizes institutional continuity, strengthened governance, and the Authority’s ongoing commitment to fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and trustworthy digital ecosystem.
