At the APIDE 2026 (One Africa Forums) Special Edition in Côte d’Ivoire, the Telecommunications and ICT Regulatory Authority took part in discussions on key issues related to digital payments, digital identity, and cybersecurity.

This participation featured presentations by: Mr. Isaac Gnamba-Yao, Member of the ARTCI Regulatory Council, during the panel discussion on building a digital identity for the Ivorian ecosystem; Mr. Lanciné FOFANA, Director of Research and Forecasting and the panel’s visionary keynote speaker; and Mr. Kadio Kassy Uriel William, department head at ARTCI, who addressed cybersecurity challenges and trust in the digital payments economy.

This was an opportunity to share the regulator’s expertise and strengthen synergies among institutions, fintech companies, banks, and technology providers.
