On the occasion of the 2nd edition of Digital Law Days, organized by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation under the theme “Digital Trust and Artificial Intelligence: Building a Secure, Ethical, and Rights-Respecting Ecosystem,” the ARTCI, in its capacity as the regulator of the telecommunications/ICT sector, actively participated in the discussions through presentations by its experts during several panel sessions.

Their contributions focused on major issues, including bridging the digital divide and ensuring connectivity for all, as well as the challenges associated with regulating the new digital space, marked by the rise of satellite technologies and issues of digital sovereignty.

True to its regulatory mission, ARTCI continues its efforts to promote the harmonious development of the digital sector, balancing innovation, security, inclusion, and user protection.
