This public consultation is open from September 3 to October 2, 2014.
The opinion of telecommunications sector stakeholders, consumers, and the general public is sought on the modalities for renewing GSM (2G) mobile network licenses. This document can be downloaded from the website of the Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications/ICT of Côte d’Ivoire and will also be published in the media.
