Regulatory Board

The Regulatory Board is a collegial body responsible for carrying out the regulatory tasks assigned to ARTCI

- The Regulatory Board is responsible for the technical, legal, administrative and financial management of ARTCI. In this regard:

- It carries out all the control tasks assigned to ARTCI in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions in force;

- It defines and enforces the rules for the organization of work within ARTCI;

- It adopts the organizational structure, the rules, the manual of administrative and financial procedures, pay scale and benefits;

- It sets out objectives in the short, medium and long term and approves the strategic action plans of ARTCI prepared by the Managing Director in accordance with the objectives;

- It approves the budget and close, permanently, accounts and annual financial statements and reports;

- It approves upon proposal of the Managing Director, recruitment and dismissals of officers and senior executives of ARTCI;

- It allows donations, bequests and grants;

- It approves performance contracts or other agreements, including loans, prepared by the Managing Director;

- It allows the sale of movable and immovable property;

- It allows participations in associations, groups or other non -profit professional organizations, which activities are necessarily part of the missions of ARTCI.
